Collier Schorr continues with her examination of the earliest moments of socialization. In this exhibition her focus is on the nature of ceremony and its role in the approval and sanction of an individual within the community at large. Included in this show are sculptures of isolated & disengaged objects, such as staircases, ropeladders & doorknobs; wedding paintings and drawings.
