Ceal Floyer
Inspired by Aspen’s snowy landscape, and following her 2016–17 exhibition at the Aspen Art Museum, conceptual artist Ceal Floyer has created a limited-edition snow globe for the AAM. Lacking water and almost completely full of snow, Floyer's creation not only plays on the unexpected by rendering this snow globe functionless, but also adds her trademark humor often imbedded within her practice.
